My parents adopted a female Maltese yesterday. She is very cute, but we haven't come up with a name for her yet. Mom likes "Molly the Maltese," but I think that is rather cheesy. I sent them a list of names this evening. A few minutes later, I got a reply - "Keep thinking."

Does anyone have any ideas for a 10 pound ball of white fur? (Snowball was already discarded.)

Snowball. What are those malted milk candy things called? Puff. Falcon (haha) Hopefully not "Baby".

Sometimes I think dogs sorta pick their own names. I had tried to name Elfin a couple of different things but she would only respond to Elfin. Of course I couldn't ask her what name she wanted, I still had to come up with something, but out of the three names Elfin was what *she* chose. It was kinda weird. Nikki, otoh, will come to pretty much *anything*
