Aches and Pains
catskillmarina took me on a nice walk last night, but with more hills than I expected. My knees are letting me know all about it today. Overall, though, I feel pretty good. A little sore, but nothing I haven't dealt with before. Although I will say I'm glad to have today off of walking. I need some time to put myself back together.
